Héctor Monroy

Partner

Héctor Monroy is a business optimization expert specializing in the practical application of advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), analytics, machine learning, and big data, to help organizations deliver improved services to their clients. 

He is an engineer with master’s degrees in systems and computing engineering and in Structural and Computational Mechanics. He is also an alumnus of the MIT Sloan School of Management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), and Project Manager, always with a strong focus on digital transformation and the adoption of Industry 4.0 practices. 

Héctor has led multidisciplinary teams in the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America, serving as an executive, project manager, technical leader, and designer across all stages of the business life cycle. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English and Portuguese. 

He firmly believes that organizations, regardless of their size, can enhance their effectiveness and sustainability through a digital transformation that adds value to digital assets, incorporates data into decision-making processes, and delivers innovative digital solutions to clients. 

His professional journey led him to found Visn AI, a company with operations in the United States, Puerto Rico, Panama, and Uruguay, dedicated to transforming how businesses make decisions through AI-powered strategies.

Onix Ortiz

Onix Ortiz is a technology consultant and certified project management expert (PMP) focused on designing and delivering infrastructure and digital solutions that enable innovation, reduce friction, and accelerate business outcomes. He specializes in complex technology implementations involving cloud computing, data centers, fiber-optic networks, and enterprise software.

His career includes leadership roles where he has served as a consultant, project manager, systems architect, and technical advisor across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America.

Onix has led multidisciplinary teams from over 15 countries, delivering mission-critical projects across various industries, including construction, applied technology, and telecommunications. His work spans all stages of the technology life cycle—from strategy and design to execution and post-delivery support. A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, he bridges technical precision with strategic vision in multinational and multicultural environments.

He believes that organizations of all sizes can benefit from bold, clearly defined digital strategies that align technology with business purposes. His approach emphasizes clarity, stakeholder alignment, speed to value, and scalable solutions that improve both operations and user experience.

Bruno Mottini

Bruno Mottini is a Data Science Manager and AI leader with extensive experience in designing and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions across financial services, media, and technology sectors. He specializes in translating complex data into strategic business decisions, helping organizations unlock the power of AI to improve performance, automate operations, and drive innovation.

Bruno has led AI-driven projects in enterprise environments, including roles such as Data Science Manager and Head of Data Analytics for Uruguay’s largest media outlet. He is known for combining strong leadership with technical expertise to build and guide multidisciplinary teams that deliver real business impact.

He also brings academic and technical depth as a former Machine Learning professor at Universidad ORT and certified expert in AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies.

Bruno holds a Master’s in Big Data, a postgraduate degree in Data Science, and has earned certifications from institutions such as the University of Michigan. Fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in Portuguese, he combines business acumen with hands-on technical expertise.
